Casita Hollywood was born of a desire for an oasis in the middle of a big city. An LA utopia where parking is ample. Where there is a private lounge for your event’s discretional use. A full, commercial kitchen of your caterer’s– and in turn, your guests'– culinary dreams. The Classic Cat

The Classic Cat has been a local den-like hangout spot to classics themselves from legendary rockers Jim Morrison, Iggy Pop, comedian Dyck Van Dyke to timeless actress Lana Turner & Hollywood’s finest since the sixties. Set in the scenic restless hills of West Hollywood, our doors open daily as the sun goes down amping up live entertainment in the evening followed by tastemakers of today DJing until dark every single day.

Lombardi House
Built in 1904, Lombardi House is a fully restored Victorian-style farmhouse in the heart of Hollywood. Surrounded by mature fruit trees and gardens, this 7,000 square foot historic home sits within walking distance to the charming restaurants of Franklin Village, as well as Hollywood studios, theaters, shopping and dining. Perfect for long stays or group celebrations, this
elegant historic home offers four newly renovated guest suites, each with its own personality and superb functionality. Our accommodations are modern, spacious and bright and can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests. The entire property is fully gated, enclosed for privacy from the street and offers secure, onsite parking.

The Vermont Hollywood
With over 13,000 square feet of space, one of the finest sound systems in the world, & an immersive lighting installation, The Vermont Hollywood is ready for the highest level of production you can dream up. The acoustics will wow you, the lines of sight will captivate you.
Our technical staff and theater operations team are seasoned veterans with decades of experience under their belts. Load in & load out are a snap thanks in part to a large hydraulic lift that can hold up to 4k pounds adjacent to our extra large elephant doors. Two large LED walls & a complete Martin lighting package coupled with a world renowned L-acoustics K3 loudspeaker system set the stage for an unforgettable night!

The Mayfair Hotel
